Welcome!
Hi, I'm Ray. I explore ideas at the intersection of technology, learning, and personal growth.I plan to share some of my own practices and insights here, mainly focused on information technology and computer-related topics.
If you're new to programming and would like to learn the basics, I recommend reading my post: What Is a Computer Program? How Do You Write One? If you're interested in AI and want to understand the fundamentals of deep learning or neural networks, check out my article series: Deep Learning Basics.
I also have posts covering topics like computer networking and the Linux operating system. Feel free to browse all my articles in the post list page. There isn’t much content yet, but I plan to publish new posts regularly. Take a look around, and don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d love to connect and exchange ideas!
About Me
I've never found a perfect label for myself. I'm just someone trying to learn and grow in an uncertain world. Rather than attempt definitions, I'll just share some books and content that have meant a lot to me:
- The Art of Impossible – Steven Kotler's exploration of motivation and peak performance through psychology and neuroscience. It convinced me that with the right approach, anyone can grow.
- How We Learn – Stanislas Dehaene's research-driven look at learning. Dense with insights and one of my most-reread books.
- Antifragile – Nassim Nicholas Taleb on thriving amid uncertainty. The concepts still shape my thinking years later.
- Huberman Lab – My favorite podcast for practical, science-based insights into biology and behavior.
About This Blog
fun fact:I started thinking I'd write about life in general. Over time, technical notes felt more valuable — both for me and potentially for others.
