Welcome to My Personal Blog
Hi, I'm Ray. I explore ideas at the intersection of technology, learning, and personal growth.
About Me
I've never found a perfect label for myself. I'm just someone trying to learn and grow in an uncertain world. Rather than attempt definitions, I'll just share some books and content that have meant a lot to me:
- The Art of Impossible – Steven Kotler's exploration of motivation and peak performance through psychology and neuroscience. It convinced me that with the right approach, anyone can grow.
- How We Learn – Stanislas Dehaene's research-driven look at learning. Dense with insights and one of my most-reread books.
- Antifragile – Nassim Nicholas Taleb on thriving amid uncertainty. The concepts still shape my thinking years later.
- Huberman Lab – My favorite podcast for practical, science-based insights into biology and behavior.
About This Blog
I started thinking I'd write about life in general. Over time, technical notes felt more valuable — both for me and potentially for others.
You'll find posts on computer networks, Linux, functional programming, and my journey learning deep learning. They're learning notes rather than polished tutorials — written when curiosity strikes or when I've gathered enough thoughts worth sharing.
Everything is in Chinese for now, though I hope to write in English someday. If you can read Chinese, I recommend the original version — it captures the tone I aim for more closely.
